AROCKYA SANTHAI – USAGE POLICY
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old or visiting the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. All orders are screened and evaluated for the order genuineness. It is up to AROCKYA SANTHAI to block any accounts for indulging in repeated fake orders. Order spamming, fake accounts, impersonating, masquerading, any form of hacking shall force us take necessary legal accounts.
AROCKYA SANTHAI – RETURN POLICY
If the delivery is not executed during first attempt due to incorrect or insufficient address, recipient not at home, address found locked or refusal to accept, the customer shall still be charged for the order. No refunds would be entertained for such orders. All products can be returned within 7 working days from the day of delivery.
AROCKYA SANTHAI – CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled and AROCKYA SANTHAI has the right to decide whether the order can be processed or cancelled. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by AROCKYA SANTHAI and accept AROCKYA SANTHAI decision regarding the cancellation.

AROCKYA SANTHAI has the right to decide whether the order can be processed or cancelled. If cancelled, Item purchase price will be refunded.
1) If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +91-9710999333 or email us at arockyasanthai@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID. We will ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
2. All refunds will be processed within 7 number days of receiving returned product. It will remain the customers responsibility to return the product in unused condition. There should not be any signs of wear and tear on either the product or the box to be eligible for a refund. Refund will be made in the form in the form of cheque within 7 working days.
